IMO they weren't that good against many teams if you look at their games, they were lucky by way of shiit refereeing against Croatia, they couldn't beat Mexico, didn't watch the Cameroon game which they won 4-1, they couldn't beat Chile on the pitch and Colombia were unlucky to get another of the many shiit refereeing calls this tournament go against them.



They were never going to trouble Germany with a full squad, with a made up starting line up they had little chance.



To be fair to Brazil, if you take two players of the importance of the two Brazil lost, out of most teams and get them to play a top team like Germany and they will most probably struggle.

Not at all Caesars fault nothing he could do. Without Thiago there defense seemed very lost and Germany was just on point that game.

Stupid to say it was Cesar's fault......the men in front of him were a total shambles.



Germany could have scored 12 if they had needed to.

When you don't have two of your top players, you need to keep the game close to have any chance. Brazil kept it close until the 20 something minute, but the second that Germany scores their second goal, the Brazilian players lost all hope, knowing how difficult it would to come back for a 0-2 deficit.



Once they had lost all hope the floodgates burst, and Germany capitalized.



In my opinion, a rematch of that game would show a 3-1 Germany win, it's just the way that the momentum of the game was going at the time. That's why they lost so badly.

Once it was confirmed that Neymar & Silva wouldn't be playing, Brazil decided to throw the game against Germany and bet against their own team.

They simple had no defence.

(weaker teams did not expose it because they have been under constant pressure from the good brazillian offence).

But teams like germany have no respect (why should they?) from a good offense and will allso start to attack,

And it turned out that the "defence" of brazil was just a train wreck. The netherlands allso proved this in the next match.

Brazil were found out in this game for what they realy are, average. Germany punished them for very bad defending.

I agree it wasnt the goalkeepers fault- i think it was the defenders. There wasnt anyone there (besides the goalie) when Germany had the ball! Silva and Neymar are amazing players, so without those two they had a lot of pressure, and just didnt do well, i guess..

Brazil is not good this year, it can go to the round 4 is all depend on FIFA.
