Come on now Yucky. I'm an Italy fan too but Germany have 3 World Cups and 3 Euros. Their worst ever performance at a World Cup is last 8. They've also been runners up 4 times. They are a proper tier 1 outfit with Italy and Brazil. They've been to 4 semis in a row in the last 4. Between 82 and 90, it was 3 finals in a row. In fact, since 1950, there have never been 3 consecutive finals which didn't feature Germany. That pattern says they should beat Brazil this time.

Watch out because after this WC they might have a new star on their kit which would equal them with Italy who haven't done nothing in last 8 years and probably won't again for very long time.
