Yeah that midfield is awful
Fabregas and Matic are not bad but Ramires and Oscar... That's a problem.
Ramires, he goes out of position all game when he's supposed to be winning the ball. He leaves space.
Oscar, all he can really do is shoot and he's still horrible, will only score you 9 goals max in a season, and he can't create to save his life.

They both have great midfield options.
Matic or Fernando. I would have Matic over him any day.
Silva or Hazard. Eden Hazard despite Silva being great for the last couple of season, Hazard is just amazing.
Toure or Fabregas. I would have Yaya, he is one of the best if not arguably the best in his role when at form.
Nasri or Oscar- I would take the Brazilian
Schurlle or Navas- The German easily
Willian or Milner- Willian, no question about it. Milner does have an excellent work rate though.
Salah or Sinclair- Salah. Scott Sinclar the last few season has been terrible. Salah has been eye catching when playing. So Salah easily.
Costa or Aguero- Aguero is just amazing. Costa should have a good season though.
Dzeko or Remy- I would have Dzeko, Remy is good but not as Dzeko
Jovetic or Drogba- Jovetic, he has been impressive this season. The chlsea legend is too old to be performing at best now.
Ramires or Lampard- Ramires. Frank is a good addition but is too old now and Ramires will easily out perform him.
Toure and there strikers are important for City. They also need Silva/ Nasri performing. Chelsea need their amazing mi field options performing allowing Costa to smash them in. Hazard, Oscar, Schurrle, Willian and Ramires. Fabregas getting assists.
Mourinho or Pellegrini- The chosen one.

Fabregas is better than Silva. David silva I wouldn't even rate world class.
Matic is far better than that ferando guy. Matic is one of the best holding midfielder in the league
