Their talent starts off young by training them to be the best while they are still young. However this is not the only reason because Germany has something that other teams don't, they actually play as a team and don't really on one player. This way they are able to make more opportunities of a goal then a team with the best player in the world and the rest are average.

Germany develops it's youth in good academies and they began to teach the same thing at youth level as what was being done at the national team level.

Germany want really good team players who listen and take instructions and are leaders on the pitch. They want players to take risks when shooting opportunities present themselves.
