BUT when you get to be frank with them and play with friends, you don't hesitate..
Point is that try to be frank and be friends with players.
Eg. You can dance infront of your friends,
But you would be shy to dance in front of others.
And Also
belive you can achieve. and when your confused, just pass the ball!

You HESITATE because you doubt yourself. The good news is you no longer have to doubt yourself. The reason your hesitating is because you are thinking about all the negative things that could happen when you get the ball. You're thinking about losing possession, getting tackled, having your teammates yell at you.
Instead start thinking about positive things. You want to know what you're going to do before you get the ball. Think positive thoughts. Think about making a good pass, having a good first touch, or making a positive dribble.

I have the same problem and am hoping to get rid of it as well. I think that if you just start implementing your skills little bits at a time then you can get better like doing a step over every now and then . your coach won't get mad at you for trying something.
the problem is't with the big match.. the problem is that you play easier in the small matches.. treat every game as a big match.
Your problem is you are thinking too much about it, just play this match as a normal match not as BIG MATCH.
It's called choking. It's a common thing.
Whenever you play sport, do not think, it may sound stupid but if you think you are bound to doubt yourself, if you know you are capable, clear your mind, don't think, do.
I play really good soccer I got good skills really good on 1 v 1 but whenever I play a big match whenever I have the ball I hesitate and I forget everything how could I be more confident?
