I think Chelsea might win this season's league title, coz they are strong with striker Diego costa & drogba, goalkeeper Coutois, and main is that the coach is Jose Mourinho, who is one of the best coach in the world

Arsenal might win the EPL this year because they have a very solid defence line and a goalie and with the acquisition of Sanchez and Welbeck they will be able to win the big games. Other than that Arsenal have always been very strong in their performances.

Regretably, as an Arsenal supporter, I have to say, barring major injuries, it will come down to City and Chelsea. Both have spent well on talent and are well coached. If I have to pick one with my head its Chelsea, and of course with my heart its the Gunners.
