They won the Premier League last season despite Aguero missing most of the season. Jovetic played, like 6 games. Negredo didn't score a single goal after January. And Dzeko has always been a bit hit and miss. If they keep most of their forwards fit.. they'll retain the title.
Manchester City's defense has been their weak spot the last few season.. but now with Mangala, Sagna and Fernando being bought. There defence will be solid, and they have the best attack..
Closest race in history for me, Chelsea seem the slight favorites, Man City look a team with no real passion, Arsenal will be up there, Liverpool as well.
From what it looks like Chelsea might with the Premier League. But you can never say.

Chelsea, City and United know how to win the league but I can just see City being too distracted chasing the CL. Think normal service will return at Old Trafford now, just think it might take another year first. Plus I can still see a couple more signings. And you can never ever write off a Mourinho side. Not sure with Arsenal, they always just seem to fizzle out but Sanchez was a brilliant signing for them

Chelsea because they made some good signings which they needed to improve on. Also they have got Courtois who is one of the best youngest goalkeepers in the world. One of the best defence in the league, They have got a great midfield. And as long as costa performs then they should win it. Even if costa does flop Chelsea still have Lukaku who has proved he can play in the Premier league.
Manchester Utd Because they don't have champions league football and that means they can focus on the premier league and domestic cups. And now they have Van Gaal I think they could win the league, If not they will at least come top 4 and win the FA cup or Capital one cup.
Arsenal will either come 3rd or 4th. They have made a good signing (Sanchez) but they still need a new LB, CB in case Vermaelan leaves, a new midfielder and obviously a striker as giroud is sh*t.
City will come 3rd or 4th, I can't see them winning anything this year but they might get far in the CL
