It's gotta be one.
does it mata?
Honestly, I think it should be Rooney and/or Van Persie, but I think it'll be Juan Mata.
I'll show you in two situations:
If we stick to the current system (3-5-2), then it should be Van Persie, because he's 31, injury prone and likely won't be the same when he returns.
Juan Mata behind Falcao and Rooney is still a deadly attack.
If we switch to the 4-2-3-1 or a formation like it (hopefully), then both should be dropped or leave, because Falcao will be the lone striker and is better than both of them and if he joins permanently, then both Rooney and Van Persie should leave, because they won't be needed and I doubt either of them will be happy not being first choice.
Rooney isn't worth his wages and I'd rather we sell him if this was to happen, because we've spent a lot of money and I'd rather we get some back and use it to improve needed areas of our team.
Van Persie might be a good backup, but is injury prone.
Hernandez is a good second choice for this position.
Welbeck would have been a decent second choice, but he left.
Juan Mata is world class when played as a number 10 (only position where he's effective), so I'd rather keep him and he's also got a lot of top level experience too, which is vital.
If used properly, he'll be one of our most important players, so I'd rather keep him over Rooney and Van Persie.
Rooney won't be dropped cos he is captain and earns more in a week than we all would in a century (if you can call plodding around the park, not spotting runs or having the touch of a donkey 'earning').
Van persie never seems to be fit, but when he is I expect he will always start. Mata will probably be the one who takes the hit.
Which makes zero ******* sense because of the four of them he's the only one who can play behind the striker. But LvG doesn't appear to care about making sense these days, looking at his tactical decisions thus far at mancs.
Well Rooney can't be dropped because he is captain. RVP is dutch so LVG will choose him and Mata will be dropped as he isn't as good anymore
It has got to be Van Persie, Mata is too valuable a playmaker.
Yeah, my guess is Mata.
Lambert
......Oh wait, he's your problem
none of them he will rotate
RVP
.
Mata? Rooney? RVP?
It's gotta be one.
