I'd put my money Arsenal. I genuinely can't see Liverpool winning it my lifetime
Definitely Liverpool!.... we showed last year we can compete at the very top and with a bit more luck at times we'd have won the league, i feel we've fallen a bit with the departure of Suarez but we can easily reach that level again by next season... especially if we have a decent European run which will help to attract players of a higher calibre again... i don't see overtaking City as that daunting and Chelsea is obviously not hard as we finished above them last year and they have a massively overrated manager!...
Yeah Arsenal won it more recently than us but they've been miles away from the title ever since then, and the scary thing for them is they have the same problems over and over again (injuries, lack of transfer activity).. their board and their manager are 100% content with 4th every year and the Champions League round of 16... if i were an Arsenal fan i;d be worried about the fact we've shown absolutely 0 signs of improvement in the last 10 years!... last year was an apparently great year for them and here did they finish again???... 4th
Well, if we stop to listen to every Liverpool fan you'd be forgiven for thinking the last quarter of a century hasn't even happened. But they had their best chance last year, can't see it happening for them again.
Out the two, I'd say Arsenal. But they'd need to sack Wenger first. Going home and bouncing on Mrs Wenger just cause you finished 4th, again. are hardly the hall marks of a passionate ambitious manager. Oh, and stop whining about building the Emirates

I would have said Liverpool but after selling their best player, and besides the fact that they are cursed in the league, its probably Arsenal. They are buying top players and improving but I still do not see either taking it from City or Chelsea as of now.
Arsenal and Liverpool will win it several times before United get anywhere near it again

Hmmm....quite some asking lol.
Arsenal have won it more recently,but Liverpool have gone much closer since that time, i.e in the last 10 years.
I'd say Liverpool are more likely....even though I'll be hoping it won't happen in my lifetime...as it is now XD
liverpool will finish max 2nd in the next ten years and arsenal will be at the top of the table till february or march but will finish 4th
