That's just the conditioning, they also make you stretch and do a few very basic drills. Passing drills with a partner, crossing to the goal and scoring, and shooting drills. You'll most likely do a small sided scrimmage with your team. Around 7 on 7 with some small goals.
You can prepare by running one mile a day at a decent pace. Also pass the ball with a friend and take shots. Don't worry about rec, it's for fun, it's not that serious, good luck.
Depends. Different coached do different things. Different levels do different things. So I'll break it down.
Run. A lot. Even at the lowest level conditioning is very important. Work on your endurance that is something coaches love to see a really fit player. So, I'd run a couple miles do sprints some plyometrics stuff like that. They might do some drills but drills are only there to improve your skills in the game or so that you can implement them in a game. So just work on you conditioning and overall skills and you should do fine
