get a grip you got told not tolled. and you should not be on the pitch if you dont know what your doing. its central defensive midfielder you protect the defenders and do a lot of running and tackling get the ball and pass it to the more attacking players. its a tough important role and if you dont even know what it is then your team must be crap. are you a yank by any chance?
you need to be strong and recognize other players movement for example holding the ball up to let other players come to you or make runs for you to pass to them. and generally be a defender and a playmaker. defense is priority so if in doubt kick it out. but recognize the easy pass (PASS AND MOVE, PASS AND MOVE FOREVER ALL THE TIME NEVER STAND STILL. and good luck to you young man
