What did you make of Iker Casillas today?

k so he has to stop 2 tap ins from close range now? gee i didn't know it's that easy.

the headed goal he could have done better but that sh!t was hit like a rocket

vela's goal could have been a handball but that shouldn't have meant he stopped playing. he didn't ship any of the goals, you just have some delusion. i know he's old now, not as good, but each goal isn't his fault, if so we lost because of Lopez the last 1 and 1/2 seasons. i would play Navas for the derby, he deserves time

Most of the fans are hoping Casillas regains his form with Navas as competition, you're more pessimistic and hateful, like plastic Messi/CR fans. should Navas outdo him then it is fair, no one will question it.

in the 12-13 season Mou disliked Casillas and made an example out of him (as Ramos and CR are irreplaceable even if they struggle) so he chose Lopez

Ancelotti was more fair, but he has always trusted taller keepers (navas is the same height as Casillas, so it is even), but we won 3 trophies with Iker as starter in this year, and Casillas had some games where he did very well (Coppenhagen [2], Munich [2], Dortmund [1]).

so if Casillas is displaced there is no bias, there is no trust in taller keepers. but again most fans are just hoping he regains his form, if not then Navas fully deserves to replace him and Casillas could retire to the MLS or somewhere else

you know what's funny?

Diego Lopez had a great game today making many saves and saving an Antonio Candreva penalty. His team came out 3-1 winners

Casillas got brutally fücked haha

Casillas is utter sh*t now. You should of sold him and kept Diego Lopez. Play Navas now.

4 goals conceded, 3 of them in the keepers 6 yard box. The keeper should always dominate that box.

Two goals shipped off of corners

On Vela's goal he simply stopped playing even though the whistle has not gone, is he a fking schoolboy player? Wow.

Okay, Casillas wasn't to blame per se for the 4 goals today except maybe the 2 corner goals where he had a share

The truth is Iker Casillas is not getting younger, much less any better. He has become a target of the opposition, a free-points dispenser. The defence is simply LOST when playing infront of Iker Casillas and just seems to have absolutely no leader ship or presence. He doesn't even bother making eye-contact with Pepe or Ramos.

Honestly it seems a matter of urgency now to try something new, starting with Iker out.
