Definitely Manuel Neuer....@Josh B is totally wrong when he says Neuer is overated, Neuer is the undisputed best goalkeeper in the world, one only has to see the saves he's made and the other great facit's to his game to realise this., sure Courtois and Cech are also two of the world's best goalkeepers, but Neuer is better than both of them and he has proven it. Hart is no where near Neuer's level and it is even a bit of a joke to even compare the two. Not only does Neuer have a better goalkeeping ability than Hart, he is way more consistent as well.
