I haven't heard any recent rumours that have linked him to Arsenal FC, though I just saw one saying Real Madrid are lining up a ￡20m bid for him in January.
Its unlikely that he'll return to Arsenal FC, in my opinion and I doubt Arsenal FC fans would except him back, unless he gives them A LOT of success, probably including a Champions League trophy.
Selling him to a Premier League rival isn't that best thing to do and I think we should have kept Welbeck or at least not sold him to a Premier League rival.
