I think USA will win because all their players are super stars. However, I hope Mexico puts to a good fight and goes for the upset. I am surprised what this team has done and they deserve respect. They haven't qualified in over 40 years to a World Cup so going to the round of 16 is a huge accomplishment. They also won they American cup for the first time and they finally won the copa centrobasket which they haven't for a long time. They beat Puerto Rico twice and they are a powerhouse in the Americas. So win or lose I take off my hat to the Mexican team. And why not? I'll even buy a jersey to commemorate their hard work. They aren't as supported as the football team and yet they are reaching the same round without all that support. The Mexican football team with all that money can't even get past the round of 16.
I thought Mexico was supposed to play Spain if they finished 4th in that group. Yeah USA will have no problem beating Mexico.
