Modric was class as usual, Kroos shocked me. Kroos was great, the best mid on the pitch, defended really well, got some great interceptions and passes. Modric and Kroos looked make a really good defensive duo despite all the worries. James was ok, got some good passes and great crosses but he needs time to adjust (unlike Kroos who looked like he is a usual starter). BBC was great as usual, you can see how well they sync up. They created this great understanding between one another, the best attack in the world if you ask me. Casillas was great, showed up whenever he was needed, if he keeps that up he will become among the best in no time, as he was. You can say what you want about the man but he gets the job done and lifts the trophies. & I would not call Beto the better, did poorly on Ronaldo's second attempt but seemed OK.
Overall solid display.
CR7 second goal you can the potential hard shot he has on the way he kick it. Beto did all he can to block that goal. Casillas didn't have alot of work today in just some plays. It was a good game and hopefully Sevilla learn from it to be ready for the season.
James seems to have compatibility issues with CR7, they occupt each others room but CR7 will always have his way over a mere newbie like James
The team were good, won 2-0 in second gear not fully fit. Sevilla didn't create anything, only individual errors from Carvajal gave them a few half chances.
Toni Kroos was immense.
Amazing display from Real Madrid, James was average in the first half but became better in the second, Kroos was a beast, Ronaldo & Bale were awesome as usual, the defender seemed solid.
Anything is possible. The UCL victory again seems improbable though.
James showed he knows what to do, but needs to adapts to the team. I say give him 4 more games and he'll be clicking it. Kroos was great alongside Modric. They easily dominated midfield.
Kroos is so sh*t defesively, can't tackle properly to save his life, very slow on the turn as well, impressive ball retainer though.

He was the better keeper because he saved more shots? LOL what kind of logic is that? He made some good saves but he should have saved CRs second goal.
Casillas was awful
very entertaining, BBC did very well with 2 goals and 2 assists. James didn't really impress me, Kroos impressed me a bit, defense was solid. Casillas made 2 or 3 saves but Beto was the better keeper, even though he conceded 2 goals he blocked 5+ shots.
i think Madrid should stick with a 4-3-3 and use James as a False 9 or Cm, same with Isco
Dani Carvajal was sh*t.
