Sociedad 4 Madrid 2... are you shocked?

No, people will point to Di Maria's exit being the cause but i think it's actually the exit of Alonso that's had a big impact, they haven't bought any players to replace exits and are thin team that could easily go out of the Champions League in the group stage.

Yes and no. Prior to kick-off I thought Sociedad could win the game but at 2-0 I expected RM to manage to close the game out. To then concede four without reply was abysmal. But tbh the signs were there - that double pivot in midfield isn't good enough (it has weaknesses), and neither are the likes of Ramos and Marcelo and even Pepe (in decline) at the back. Bale's general play is also awful. The guy's first touch is terrible ffs.

Yes, I'm quite shocked with the result tbh, at 0-2 i thought Madrid would keep running up the scoreline.

To then lose the game 4-2 is astonishing, RM put one of the worst defensive performances you'll see this season and Ramos was unsurprisingly the architect of that mess.

No Sociedad have a good home record vs Real... i can remember them beating Madrid there 3-0 about ten years ago..

10 years ago is a long time ago obviously but these records always seem to stick!..

I predicted something like this. Real Sociedad are not a team to take it easy especially on their home ground. Real Madrid losing it's track.

In all reality yes. As I had mentioned before, I wanted Jagoba Arrasate out but his result here shut me up. The only thing my team could do is to move forward (I really wanted to see them perform well in the Europa League). I know we're a strong team at home as you can see that we have managed to beat Barcelona in la Anoeta in the past, but to beat Real Madrid especially when being down 0-2 in the first 10 minutes is something special :).

Screw attack, defense was Madrid's problem. Up until Khedira entered there was no defensive midfielder to sort out the teams defensive stance. Without a proper defensive midfielder madrid will run into a lot of problems.

No, Real has several new players and their team chemistry isn't that great yet. I would be surprised later on in the season.

Not at all, Ancelotti has completely destabilized the team.

Yws i am shocked.,

no, we pressed the suicide button..
