Yeah man what the other dude said dont stab. You will always get beat if you do. Also go out there with confidence and believe in yourself. If you are going to go out there with a negative mentality then wahts the poiny of playing right?
Remember to NEVER stab or poke at the ball when defending know when to go in for the tackle! Be patient you don't always have to take the ball away from them. Your goal is for them to pass backwards away from your goal. Also know where the ball and the fowards are at all times. And the most important is your mentality! Be confident in yourself! Know you are good and believe in yourself that No one will get past you!
