As with any sport, to improve in soccer a player needs to work on his weaknesses. In your case, your primary weakness seems to be physical fitness. Work on diet and fitness every day; don't just exercise at formal practice. You will soon see improvement.

Help with what? Lose some weight train harderm and do your best.

So, I am a girl and I play defence in soccer. I can't run much since I'm fat. I can't get the ball . I am not active in the field but however I give my best shot on a tournament. My teammates scold me for not getting the ball. I think my coach doesn't appreciates me anymore? HELP
