You can also download google earth, go to your house address, zoom out, and look around the area for soccer fields...it's not that hard. Most neighborhoods in the USA have fields with goal posts.
San Diego is huge. Rob Field has them, but that may be nowhere near you. Look for schools. Search for local clubs and find out where they last their games at.
