First , don't do anything to satisfy your parents if it's not what you want to do, I know you've heard it before but it's true. And trust me if you don't like it don't do it because you won't end up putting as much effort as you possibly could into it. Instead work as hard as you can in band since that's what you enjoy. Also, from a soccer perspective, I'm also getting ready for my senior year in high school soccer except I'm a guy, and I know what you mean when you say it can't be fun. All the running and constant work on ball control get frustrating at times but I just remind myself how nice it'll feel if you score that 90th minute goal to give your team the win. That's what pushes me so if you really are going to do soccer, find something like that to push you because varsity gets tough but in the end it's more than worth it. Good luck!
