Of the recently promoted sides, who looked most promising?

I would say Burnley impressed the most. They led Chelsea for a few minutes and looked dangerous going forward against them. Their defense was surprisingly solid and the goals were a set piece (Chelsea are the best in the league at them), a rebound in the box, and a good finish off of a ridiculous pass. Leicester looked good but they went down twice to a less than full strength Everton without Barkley and their defense was less than stellar on the counter. QPR looked dead. They had nothing really going for them and were a repeat of the QPR that finished bottom of the table a little over a year ago.

Leicester as they got a point and twice came from behind. Burnley looked average and were against a much better team so didn't have much chance to show what they can do. QPR looked terrible, full of old men and lost to a weak team at home.

Burnley, people don't realize they played a top side. Their pressing was good and so was their defending to start off with. Leicester was a very good attacking side but their defence was cut open far too easy at times, and consistently too.

QPR. Three reasons: experienced players, Harry Redknapp and very importantly money to be spent in January if things aren't going according to plan by then.

leicster on the evidence of week1. however i feel qpr with redknapp and only because of harry will have the best chance of staying up
