Yasuo was very polarizing on release. Some felt he was vastly underpowered, while others felt he was near-unstoppable. Really, it's just that he's a champ that requires a lot of practice with and some quick reflexes.

For some reason, Lucian was considered really bad on release. They did give him some very small incremental buffs, but nothing to account for him going from "trash" to "OMG-Tier" like he did.

Jinx really hasn't had any buffs or nerfs of note since release. She's been a top-tier ADC since release, but not game-warping the way a lot of champs are.

Gnar was just recently released and subsequently buffed. Typically, the new champions are considered to be too strong upon release and require some slight (or large) modifications to make them more in line with other characters. This just sparked a question for me. What other champions were considered under-powered when they were released?
