Barca just bought Mathieu and now have 2 CB's and a younger CB (Bartra), what is the point of buying another CB if you already have 2 starters, a young backup, and Mascherano who can operate as one when needed (but not very well).
MU need a CB (funny how they have his number, 15, previously worn by Vidic) but have no Champions League, let alone Europa league this season, why would a top player (who got second with Dortmund in the Bundesliga) want to go to a top team that got 7th place last season? Hummels (and di Maria who is also rumored with a transfer to MU) would either want a lot of money and/or European competitions.
hes not leaving BVB. Barcelona said they arent going for him and hummels has said he wants to stay. That one pic of a store selling hummels shirt is fake its photoshopped from a luis suares shirt just loom at the both pics at the same time and u'll notice.
If you think Hummels closer to Man Utd. it's may be wrong. I think his choice will be FCB b'coz FCB has some best players and he'll learn a lot from FCB.
I hope not, I'm happy with Mathieu, buying Hummels would cost us a bomb i think, I'm all for us bringing in another centreback though
