You need to look at this situation from a different angle. You are concentrating too much on wanting to be one of the best players on a certain team, rather than becoming the best player you can be. Looking at it from that viewpoint should help with the nerves.
To improve, players need to be on a team which is challenging for them to do well, but not impossible for them to do well. When a youth player is one of the best,it often means he is playing at too low a level. You should approach try outs with the view that you want to see if you can make a certain level team so you can improve as a player, not from the angle that you want to be one of the best on the team.
Of course, if being one of the best on the team is that important to you, you should consider if you really want to move up to a higher tier.

So I play soccer, and I'm pretty good but i missed tryouts, so I had to play on a rec team (a sign up and play team) But that team SUCKS!!! Then i went to this camp, and the director noticed me and wants me to go to a metro team practice!!!! AND IT IS 2 LEVELS UP FROM REC!!!! (the levels are rec, select, metro,and gold) So I'm going to the practice at 5:30 and its 3:30 now. IM SOOOOO NERVOUS BECAUSE WHAT IF THE GIRLS ARE WAY BETTER THAN ME!!! Not to brag but, Im one of the best on my rec team because some girls have never played before! I still want to be one of the best but I'm scared that all the girls will be better than me just like on my old team in Wisconsin! PLEASE HELP HOW CAN I NOT BE NERVOUS!?
