It can't be forbidden. You may want to buy a jersey next time with no name and number and then print the numbers with your own expense by going to a tailor and printing them with threads.

The same thing happened with my Ibrahimovic jersey. I tried putting hot glue between the letter and the jersey but it wouldn't work. I might see if they can fix it a the cleaners or if a tailor can fix it
