It depends on your school. Although most girls in the US play soccer, unlike boys. At my tryout (boys), there were about 120 people total trying out for all three teams. It seemed like a lot until I saw the girls tryout. It's probably safe to say that there were about 200+ girls attending. Don't worry though, a lot of girls just play rec or try out because they don't want to be stuck in PE.
