find a wall and kick the ball really hard against it while you are close and try to stop the ball
I might change my position to goalkeeper and if I do than I need to improve fast because there are many players who started earlier than me and are now way ahead of me and have a better chance of getting into the national team.... Can you help me out? My main goal is to get into my national football team.... I played in goal in Denmark when we went there to play and I played one good match... our defense is terrible... but I like the position and I can handle the pressure but is there any program,book,tips or anything that can help me improve fast/quickly so I can at least catch up to other goalkeepers?
I'm 14 now and I started football at the age of 12 and have been playing as a defender my whole time playing but I might change my position.... but we don't have a goalkeeping coach and I might leave my team to go to another team that has a goalkeeping coach.
