1. Your confidence is low, try getting some cones to dribble round in training/with friends etc etc
2. Again in training keep the ball at your feet and start off dribbling slowly to gain better ball control working your way up.
3. This again is a confidence issue, work on your shooting technique a little.
4. Have you considered playing on the wings? your height will benefit you playing on either wings.
5. Train with friends, play one two passes regularly. Heck maybe even play some fifa to get your vision awareness up! (sounds stupid but believe me it can help)
6. Once your confidence is up you'll be shouting for the ball and messi-ing them up in no time;)

Lately,my performance isn't really well. I recognized that I had a few weakness. Can anyone help me with it?
1. Everytime I got the ball,I'm afraid to run with it and I intended to pass it rather than hold it
2. I got a lack of ball control when I'm sprinting and dribbling
3. I'm also afraid to miss my shot,so I'm not shooting anymore
4. My small physical also affected my games, the others are more bigger than me
5. My vision is bad and I'm afraid to join the attack
6. I'm rarely ask the ball from the others
