Fernando is a defensive midfielder, don't get him in. Similar with Mcarthy though I guess he's more of a deep-lying midfielder. Ward-Prowse would be good.
But maybe hold off from getting rid of Young just yet, he could still have a good game today.. I think he'll be a starter given the injuries in the side at the moment.

In reality though all of those options are terrible. None of them will score and most are likely to get carded. Look for a more attacking player on one of the smaller teams. I don't know how much Young costs but consider buying someone like Tadi? instead.
Young is not going to play each game, so Ward Prowse would be a good bet.
