Each player has a certain characteristic that makes them talented, Messi has many attributes, Neymar has as well you can't really compare their talent.
Brazilians tend to be Overatted but Neymar is raw talent for the future...
While he's in Barcelona it will be all about Messi. So I don't see him winning a ballon d Oro... Unless Messi doesn't do what people know Messi can do....

Neymar is a terrific player but Messi back then (and Barca) were invincible because they had no league rival that could defeat them. Neymar cannot be as good as Messi but Messi will start to deteriorate but Neymar still has years ahead of him.

But do you think he could actually match Messi in years like 2009,2010,2011 or even 2012(very unlikely)?
Messi achieved a lot more by his age and was much more dominant.Btw I'm not calling Neymar overrated or anything, but do you think he's comparable or capable of reaching Messi's level?
