No team is particularly racist but i know Newcastle United cannot produce home grown players and have an aversion to english talent as it's over priced. Crewe Alexandra tend to rely on their homegrown academy players thanks to the brilliant work of Dario Gradi, while not racist does tend to match the ethnic make up of their area.
everton used to be known as a racist club they never signed a black player until 1993 but they have really changed this since then and for you to say they mostly have white players is wrong they have lukaku, distan, piennar, atsu, kone, howard all in the first team
its a really factor now adays prefer english players
its random really now adays managers prefer players who can speak english regardless what skin colour they are, but it all boils down to the talent at this day and age.
Are there any EPL clubs that seem to roster mostly Euro player or white skinned players?
Some FC's seem to have a lot of darker skins players but a few clubs like Arsenal, Everton and a few more seem to have more white players
