Costa Rica is only good when they play in the Americas, were only one place up USA so it's even there still.

Damn I wished that Joto Robben didn't dive because I was pretty sure Mexico would of won in extra time and then beat Costa Rica only making them higher.

Mexico also climbed and USA ranked down making them 17th and 18th respectively.

This makes Costa Rica leader for now in Concacaf.

1st- Costa Rica (15th ranked)

2nd- Mexico (17th ranked)

3rd- USA (18th ranked)
