I don't know. Celtic doesn't have that much competition in Scotland except Rangers and I don't know if Hazard would sign except Celtic would go to Premier League. The Premier League is no doubt the best football league in the world, and leaving the Premier League would be a big loss for him (unless he was signed by a La Liga or Bundesliga club).
Hazard to Celtic? I am 100% sure that would not happen as Eden is a really good midfielder playing for Chelsea right now, and I would say the only way he would even considering to go their is if it's a big-money deal like how Drogba went to China.
