I was the same as you when i was in high school. Now i play college ball. What i recommend is playing with heart number one make sure you are always on top of things you can be the fastest player on the team in best shape but on the pitch you struggle. Some drills you can do is simple 5-8 cones dribble in and out close together cones should be no more then 2 feet from each other. close and quick touches as fast as you can but under control. then go to a wall and kick against it as hard as you can and try and improve your first touch. Your first touch is everything!! Then finish with agility suicides 6-18-60. 6 yard box then back. 18 and back then half and back. Hope this helped

Well If you are carzy for football, Like i am, Then:

Play for 1hr from 8:00 till 9:00, in this time you should practice new dribbling moves and skills and trick, perfect them so you can do them comfortably.

Play 2hrs with your friends from 5:00 to 7:30, In this you should learn how to pass with friends and try new moves you just learned be searious every time you play,



If you work hard and play serously every day just for 3 hrs you will be in top form. By this routine I dribble like hell and am only 13, i can easily dodge defenders aged 16-18
