Yes definetley. France, Germany, and Belgium are gonna be the teams to beat. These three teams consist of young bright talent. All three teams have world class talent and these three teams will be the best in my opinion. They are uprising with great talent, so i think these three teams will be the teams that go far in the tournament.

I think it is between France, Germany and Belgium. I dont think that holland will improve, not enough youth in the team.
Don't count out Spain, Holland, or Italy. Especially Italy they usually do well in europe and ALWAYS ALWAYS beat Germany and usually beat France as well.

Spain's good players will mostly be retired by then, and so as Robben and Van Persie. But they still should be good teams.
