Howard Webb should be banned from this WC. He helped Chile in two opportunities, first when he did not award a clear penalty for Brazil and then when he invalidated Hulk's goal. I have no idea why these guys are electing him as the best... Perhaps they hate Brazil so much that they want him back in a Brazil game, but that's not gonna happen.
