Took back a team to the Champions League spot with a struggling team (lucky since they had no Europe games and got eliminated from cup games early in the last season), made Luis Suarez one of the best football players in the world and still made him stay @ Lpool despite the fact he wanted out then. Made Daniel Sturridge a beast alongside Suarez (SAS) and got them 50+ goals combined. He brought out the best of English players in Lpool, all of them getting called to the English national team. Bought some great players for a great price (Sturridge, Coutinho, Moreno etc.), placed his cement as one of the best British managers today. He's also not afraid of using youth players in PL games, which some of the managers in the PL are afraid of using or refuse to use. He actually trains along with the players just to get the more of the best out of them, and as well as just doing the regular exercise for his own personal use.
Hmmmm well obv theres mouriniho, van gall has proven his class his cv proves it but for me in terms of progress and great skill I would have to give it to cant spell his name lol (spurs manager) did brilliant with southampton he plays attacking football and gets the best from his squad. Hes young and hungry and will manage big teams in the future. Best manager to ever manage in england Sir Alex hands down. Wenger good aswel doh but looses two many big players.
