First off, Barcelona's transfer ban is for 2 transfer windows, not 2 years. The transfer window occurs every 6 months (winter and summer). The next 2 transfer windows will be winter 2015, and summer 2015. So no, Barcelona will not be able to buy/sell any players until winter 2016. No one can leave/enter the club until then. To be honest, it doesn't really matter who they buy this summer because they have so much talent in their youth squad and academy (la masia). If needed, they can probably last 5 years depending only on youngsters from their youth team. After all, their best players were all made in their youth academy (Messi, Pique, Iniesta, Xavi, Busquets) But 2 transfer windows isn't that long, they'll just have to make do with what they have.

A world where FFP has gotten so restrictive that only RM and Barca are capable of spending. To reduce competition, they simply would buy every top player and then stash them across the 20 clubs. If one of those clubs qualified for the CL, The parent club would simply pick the players it wanted to bring back, then the rest would be shuffled through their other clubs.

I heard the ban that was supposed to be from buying players for this summer was move to next year. I'm asking this because, Barcelona ban will be for 2 years. They bought Jeremy Mathieu is 31(smoking problems) and Vermaelen will be 29 (with injury prone). They also, have Mascherano (30) and Dani Alves (31) reaching their old age. Also, they don't have good full-backs when they get injure. Players like Xavi (34) and Iniesta (30, has at least 2/3 more years). Only replacement is Ivan Rakati?. Alex song is horrible player and Sergio Busquets really good player in my opinion.

Only good point is the attack. Suárez, Messi, Neymar, Pedro and Deulofeu. But Neymar, has flop and not meant to be in Barcelona tiki-Taka. Suárez, is a scorer and likes to ball hog at times while Messi doesn't want that. Messi is the best player in the world but in the last 9 months he has become lazy. Pedro and Deulofeu are good players but Alexis Sanchez are better in my opinion.
