Stamina is good but you need to learn ball control jumping passing and dribble(control on the move) also it depends more on your position like a GK U need to catch throw and kick on top of all of the CB tackling and marking MID a little bit of everything but passing important FOR finishing is key and speed for any attacking position and get buff so u cant be easily pushed more for a defensive player but what ever so it all depends on ur position also getting good to shoot a ball for either clearing it or scoring don't forget about heading
Remember to work on wind sprints as well as distance running.
If you were trying out for a youth travel team, I would agree with Pedro. Unhappily, though, high school coaches in the US tend to select their teams almost totally based on physical fitness. Most give little consideration to a player's skills or game smarts.
Practice 2-3 hours a day if you really want to make it!!!
Yesterday i ran 2.77 miles and today i ran 3.05 miles im training for conditioning on monday for my highschool. Any tips on what to work on?
